      Jan Laurijssen

      — HR Evangelist, researcher & consultant at SD Worx and the University of Antwerp

      Jan Laurijssen is a seasoned HR consultant and senior researcher at SD Worx and the University of Antwerp. He consults our clients on “the future of work”, occasionally teaches and is a well-known speaker on the topic. 

      Jan also coordinates the research on “Next Generation Work” conducted by Prof Dr. Ans De Vos in the partnership with Antwerp management School. He is particularly interested in talent management and is looking for answers to the question: “why do companies compose their workforce as they do?”.
       

      Sofia Stigendal

      — Wingwoman in organisational change and inclusive workplaces

      Sofia supports leaders and organisations in navigating change and building inclusive work environments. With a background in HR and organisational development, she combines strategy with insights about human behaviour. She challenges norms, drives change and ensures initiatives are sustainable. 

      Sofia also hosts the podcast “Here We Go Again” — organisational transformations retold from the floor to the boardroom, where she explores organisational change and leadership.
